| It's All About Being A TITian |
|
 It goes without saying that most of us have
moved on in life, achieving professional mile-stones, climbing high on the
ladder of success because we are from TIT.
The camaraderie, strong bonding amongst TIT is unmatched, and not seen in
the alumni of even the best and top of the line professional colleges, in India,
or abroad.
We have drawn on the "old well" - our college, and it is our duty and
responsibility to make sure that the well does not dry-out.
Most of us have been helped by our seniors, in many different ways, and
it is important that we continue the tradition by continuing to help our
juniors.
Our college has contributed a lot to our life - it is because of the
college that most of us have been able to achieve success, and we must
formally acknowledge and accept it.
We must pay back!
We should strive to do whatever we can do, to make things better for our
juniors, for the Institution that TIT is.
We must give, we must keep the water flowing.
TITOBA On Net is a step in that direction. TON is an initiative to
bring TITians closer to each other, it is a platform where all of us can
share our thoughts, ideas and views, and find out solutions to various
issues and problems being faced by the future generations, and fellow
TITians.
It is all about being a TITian, and about being proud of the fact that I
am a TITian.
Let us join hand together, and keep the spirit alive.
I appeal to you to come forward, and make whatever contribution you can
make - small or big, in whatever ways it is possible.
Let us keep filling the glass, and also keep emptying it, so that it can
be filled all over again. |
